The shortage of hospitality workers has severely impacted Cape Cod, and PB Boulangerie Bistro is no exception. Our goal is to offer a wider selection of products, extend our hours and re-open our Bistro, but we can’t do it without a strong team. We believe the Cape’s “season” will continue to start earlier and last longer.
We are proud of our reputation earned over the past 14 years to present the most authentic French breads, croissants, pastries, sandwiches, and specialties at our Boulangerie.

Bakery Manager
We are looking for a high-caliber, enthusiastic hospitality manager to lead the restaurant team into the future. You will provide support to the entire operation by managing and overseeing our staff, primarily in the Front of House and in the Bakery. Owners Philippe and Eliza Rispoli have dedicated themselves to working with the best people and allowing them to grow in a positive environment.
