The shortage of hospitality workers has severely impacted Cape Cod, and PB Boulangerie Bistro is no exception. Our goal is to offer a wider selection of products, extend our hours and re-open our Bistro, but we can’t do it without a strong team. We believe the Cape’s “season” will continue to start earlier and last longer.
We are proud of our reputation earned over the past 12 years to present the most authentic French breads, croissants, pastries, sandwiches, and specialties at our Boulangerie.
We are always looking for year-around, full-time positions, but part-time help makes up a large portion of our team. We offer flexible schedules, good benefits, and the willingness to accommodate your needs as well as ours. We understand what you bring to the table.

We are currently looking for the following positions:
Assistant General Manager
Support our awesome GM, Ian Pomerville, to support, train, and manage our team, primarily in the Front of House and in the Bakery. This is a good position for a young professional to hone their management skills in a nurturing environment.
You will assist our Pastry Chef with the production of cakes, cookies, novelties, and other specialty sweets. Some bakery experience is required, but we are willing to train engaged and enthusiastic candidates. We encourage you to apply.
